One standard across every practice in your network.
Send us your meeting and document templates and we set them up in Claras. Every approved practice under your AFSL works from them, and you see which practices use them.
Your standards go out as Word files. Practices copy them, adjust them, and drift. File notes and advice documents end up in as many formats as you have practices, and you find out at audit time.
Set up once. Every practice gets it.
No emailing templates to practices, no chasing them to update their copies. We set your templates up in Claras, and each practice that connects to your network works from that one version.
01You send us your templates. Our team sets them up in Claras with your export style.
02A practice declares your AFSL in Claras and requests access to your templates.
03You approve the request from your licensee account. Reject or revoke at any time.
04Your templates appear in their Claras straight away: read only, badged as yours, and kept in sync.
Your templates, your network, your call.
Your templates across your network
Send us your meeting and document templates and we set them up with your export style. Practices see them read only and badged as yours, so the approved version is the one they use.
Locked, or open to customise
Tell us whether a template stays locked or practices can duplicate it and customise their own copy. A duplicate is theirs to keep if they leave your network.
Approve, reject and revoke practices
You decide who is in your network. Revoking access stops use immediately. Finished documents are not retracted.
See which practices use what
For every template, the practices that hold it, how many times each has used it, and when they last did.
What you never see.
A practice's clients stay the practice's clients. Your licensee account reads template usage, and nothing else. Practices are told this when they connect.
Client names, client records or client counts
File notes, advice documents or meeting content
Adviser names, beyond the person who requested access
The controls your practices will ask about.
Client details stay hidden from the AI
By default, names, addresses, contact details, tax file numbers and ID numbers are replaced with placeholders before any AI model reads a transcript, so the model never sees them.
